Blood testing

There are hundreds of blood parameters that provide information about specific parts of your health. It gives a snapshot of how certain systems in your body are functioning at the moment. Most routine check-ups (certainly via the GP) only include the standard values: general blood count, blood sugar, cholesterol, kidney and liver function and electrolytes. It is a start, but it does not tell us the whole story.

You often only realize complaints when body systems have not been functioning properly for a long time.
